Happy Commotion --- Jen's First Abstract Painting

I have lived a dream.

For the past several years, I have been very drawn to abstract art.  So much so, that I was even tempted to try it!

Vici Pryor, whom I call mom, though we are not related by blood, took the time to help me learn the basics.  She took me to the art supply store, sat down with me, coached me, encouraged me and even let me go!

With her, literally, by my side I completed my piece of abstract art!  Vici helped me name it Happy Commotion.

This piece now hangs in my home.  I am proud of Happy Commotion.  I am excited to begin the path of learning and playing with abstract art.  I am grateful to have something to do that is less perfectionistic and so fun that I loose track of time!
